Alan Shvetz
FOUNDER | TENANT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
Alan founded TMS in 2026 to give owners the kind of management he wanted as an owner himself: transparent, responsive, and focused on how a property performs over time.
He began his career as a residential real estate agent before owning and operating multifamily and mixed-use buildings in the Bronx and Yonkers. As a principal of Olive Tree Holdings until 2022, he was part of a company that owned and operated approximately 7,000 apartments across Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, and other markets.
Since then, Alan has continued to invest in and manage his own properties while advising other owners. He earned his New York real estate broker's license in 2025.
