Fill out our short form with the area, budget, bedrooms and move-in date you want. When a home that matches opens up, we'll contact you the way you asked: email, text or phone. There's no cost to join, and you can ask to be removed at any time.

Every applicant goes through the same screening, which includes a credit check, and we apply the same criteria to everyone in line with fair housing laws. Requirements can vary by property, and each listing will include the details.

We charge $17 for a credit check, and no other application fees. If you provide your own background or credit check completed within the past 30 days, we'll waive the fee entirely. If we run the check, we'll give you a copy of it along with the receipt.

Yes. We have experience with Section 8 and other subsidized housing programs, and we welcome applicants who use vouchers. New York law also prohibits turning someone away because of their source of income.

Pet policies vary by property, and each listing will say what's allowed. Assistance animals, including service and emotional support animals, are not considered pets. We review requests for them as reasonable accommodations under fair housing law.

Use the Login button at the top of any page to pay rent and submit maintenance requests online. We respond to routine requests, such as appliance problems, pests and minor repairs, within 2 business days.
For urgent repairs, such as no heat, flooding, a major leak, sewage backup, no water or a broken exterior lock, call or text 607-414-6573. If it's a leak, shut off the water valve if you can safely do so.
In an emergency:
Fire, medical emergency or danger to anyone: call 911.
Smell of gas: leave the building right away, then call NYSEG at 800-572-1121 or 911 from a safe place.
Downed power lines or an electrical emergency: call NYSEG at 800-572-1131 or 911.
